Summit
Availability: Proof of residence is required for permits. There is currently no waiting list for residents; spots are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.

Number 7 - Chestnut Lot (payment can only be made by Parkmobile or by prepayment directly with Parking Services through online permit system, no kiosk in lot)

New Providence & Murray Hill
New Providence has two train stations for resident permit holders; the New Providence station and the Murray Hill station. Permits are made available to residents upon request and can be used at either train station.
Availability: No waiting list for residents. Permit year typically runs from April 1st to March 31st.
Rates:
Resident: $420 annually (Permits are prorated monthly based on the date of purchase).
Non-Resident (Murray Hill Only): $1,320 annually.
Daily Parking: $7
Berkeley Heights
Rates:
Resident: $350 annually | $6 daily

Availability: Resident Only. No waiting list for permits. First-come, first-served.
Rates: $560 annually | $425 semiannually
Chatham
CHATHAM BOROUGH:
Availability: Resident Only. There is a waiting list for permits for both Railroad Plaza North (Lot 1) and Railroad Plaza South (Lot 2).
Rates: $600 annually | $8 per day.
CHATHAM TOWNSHIP:
Availability: Chatham Township residents use the nearby Chatham Borough NJ Transit station. While annual station parking permits are limited to Chatham Borough residents,
